GTC General Terms and Conditions
- The photos are for illustrative purposes only. The colors and design of the final product may slightly differ from the photos presented in the offer.
- The current offer is available at www.karmello.pl.
- Prices do not include transport costs – the cost of transport is calculated individually for a specific order. Due to the nature of our assortment, we ship from Monday to Thursday. In the case of collecting the order in our warehouse in Czechowiach-Dziedzice, ul. Legionów 244, transport costs will not be charged.
- We start the execution of the order after determining all the details, receiving the required information in accordance with the order procedure and posting 100% prepayment.
- The deadline for order fulfillment is agreed individually with each customer, taking into account the number of orders in a given period and the production capacity of KARMELLO. Due to the current epidemic situation, the delivery date may change, about which the ordering party will be informed by e-mail.
- All packaging of our products is signed with the Karmello Chocolatier logo and it is not possible to remove this logo from any packaging.
- A one-time fee of PLN 60.00 net (1 logotype / 1 graphic) will be added to sets with a personalized print on chocolates – the cost of preparing the sent logotype for printing on chocolates. It is not possible to choose the color of the print according to Pantone, CMYK or RGB. If you choose this form of personalization, we reserve that printing on food products does not guarantee a faithful graphic and color reproduction of the sent file.
- A one-time fee for the matrix and the cost of printing depending on the number of sets will be added to sets with packaging personalization. We make one free visualization with the possibility of 1 change after receiving it, further visualizations are additionally payable. It is not possible to choose a color according to Pantone CMYK, RGB.
- We do not offer packaging of purchased sets in decorative gift packaging. The sets are sent in cardboard boxes marked with the Karmello logo, adapted to the size of the ordered products.
- After paying for the order (which is tantamount to confirming all arrangements), it is not possible to make changes to the order or cancel it.
- All our products are handmade. For this reason, there may be differences in appearance, decoration and net weight of a single product.
- Truffles are delicate products that may fall off, but it is a natural process that does not affect the quality and taste of the product.
- The sets of chocolates are protected in the form of a tray, a black quilt and an outer packaging. These elements protect the chocolates from external factors. As a standard, our chocolates are not foiled (this does not affect safety and aesthetic values), because we compose sets on an ongoing basis according to customer orders. Some sets from larger production batches may be sealed. It is not possible to regulate the method of packaging at the customer’s request.
- In the case of gift sets with a bag, so that the products and the bag are not damaged, they are sent separately for self-packing.
- The consignee is obliged to check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier. Any discrepancies or damage caused during transport should be reported to the courier. The damage report written in the presence of the courier is the sole basis for considering the complaint. Any discrepancies with the execution of the order should be reported on the day of receipt of the shipment.
- Please note that ordered chocolate products are sensitive to temperature changes. Chocolate products should be stored at a temperature of about 12-18 degrees Celsius and in a dry and shaded place, away from sources of heat and foreign smells. In the case of too high temperature, its significant fluctuations or insolation, chocolate and confectionery products may lose their visual qualities.
- Individual products, depending on the type, contain the following substances or products that cause allergies or intolerances: GLUTEN; MILK; NUTS: HAZELnuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, almonds; NUTS: PEANUTS, PECANS; SOY; EGGS; SULPHUR DIOXIDE. above substances or products are labeled in the list of ingredients in accordance with the rules set out in Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- Obligatory information on individual products that will be included in the set at your request, including a detailed list of ingredients, is available on the website www.karmello.pl. Before final purchase, please, for your safety, read the above information.
- The presented price offer is informative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 par. 1 of the Civil Code and other relevant legal regulations. The color of the box, appearance and type of products may differ from those presented. The current offer is available at www.karmello.pl
- Placing an order is tantamount to accepting all of the above conditions.
